Open Edition Prints and Limited Edition Prints is purchased through Saatchi Art.

Digital art is as all other art presented as graphic art, open edition prints, and of course one item works the same way classical paintings are 'one item works'.

The painting 'Meeting with the Trojan Horse' is as original available in an limited edition of only 8 Fine Art Prints, each individually numbered with my signature. In addition to the print itself, the buyer get the original numbered digital file, and the certificate confirming that you have purchased this artwork (read more about DigiSeed under in 'DigiSeed limited edition with Certificate').

Note, as Saatchi Art give a unique security for the buyer with it's 7-day Return Policy, the DigiSeed will not be sent the buyer before after the artwork is accepted. This is to ensure that the unique options a DigiSeed give, can only be used by the rightful owner of this artwork. So in other words, buying this limited edition artwork from Saatchi Art give the buyer both a limited edition fine art print and the original digital file.

As I have set the limited run of 8 prints for this painting, once those 8 prints have sold, this limited edition will no longer be available to purchase. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value and, therefore, its price.

The painting are transferred to the high quality fine art paper from the iconic papermaker Hahnemüle, with the Giclée printing method.

This is the option you should use if you have a trusted printer for art prints, or you only want this artwork on other media than Fine Art Paper.

The only difference from the option above, is that you don't get the print, and therefore you will not pay for the quality print or any shipment and handling fees either.

Open Edition Prints and Limited Edition Prints is purchased through Saatchi Art. The difference in price is based upon size, and if the museum quality print is on the best kind of paper, or print on canvas.

Unlike prints from a limited edition which is numbered within a limited edition, open edition prints may in theory be printed without a numbered limitation. Think about 'open edition prints' as posters, but here with the difference that the prints from Saatchi Art are in an exclusive quality.

The Fine Art Paper is manufactured exclusively for Saatchi Art in Europe. It has a natural white finish with a slightly structured, soft-textured surface (as traditional watercolor or etching paper). No bleach is used for whitening. The open and absorbent surface is sealed with a matte receptive coating, designed for high quality fine art and soft photographic reproduction, consistent with inkjet Giclée technology. Each Fine Art Paper Print carries an additional 3” white paper border. For example, if a 16” x 20” image is ordered, the outside trim size of the paper will be 22” x 26”.
